Overview

Role focusing on SailPoint Identity & Access Management (IAM) implementation, testing, and integration. The position requires hands-on experience with provisioning, de-provisioning, and governance workflows within an IAM solution, and collaboration with business and technical teams to deliver onboarding and access management capabilities.

Responsibilities
  • Implementation of complex Identity Management / User JML processes and use cases as per the business requirements specification and overall technical design
  • Integration of SailPoint IGA system with at least one authoritative source is desirable
  • Configuration and customization of SailPoint connectors (AD, Web Services and out of the box)
  • Implemented automated provisioning/de-provisioning, trusted/target system reconciliation, Self Service password/profile management
  • Policies configurations and UI Customizations
  • Strong knowledge and experience in user provisioning, entitlement review and certification, enterprise directory architecture and design and role-based access control
  • Ability to quickly adapt to rapidly changing business needs and operational directives and deliver superior results
  • Ability to take ownership of systems, processes, and work both independently and in collaboration with team members
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
Business Analyst responsibilities
  • Work with business IT owners to gather information needed for business application integration with IAM solution like SailPoint
  • Work with technical IAM solutions team, solutions delivery, service owners, architects, project managers and infrastructure teams to understand and define SailPoint onboarding including technical and role data gathering, onboarding applications and UAT
  • Synthesize Business Requirements and extract actual requirements from subjective wish lists and "nice to haves"
  • Derive Functional Requirements from Business Requirements
  • Document access certification workflows, provisioning / de-provisioning workflows and any future state ("to be") workflows and process in a visual model
  • Translate future state workflows into executable business processes
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and stakeholder management skills
Tester responsibilities
  • Experience in Test Plan/Strategy and Test Case preparation for SailPoint implementations including base implementations, SailPoint OOTB and custom connectors and application onboarding
  • Generation of test results & test reports as per strategy
  • Developed test cases and performed testing for automated provisioning/de-provisioning, connectors, trusted/target system reconciliation, Self Service password/profile management, etc.
  • Developed test cases and performed testing for IDAM Use cases, JML use cases and user access provisioning
