About Our Client: Michael Page are pleased to be partnering with a key player in the 3PL industry. They are looking for a new Operations Manager to facilitate a safe and efficient operation in Melbourne's West.
Responsibilities- Lead daily site operations, supporting AM/PM shifts
- Manage multiple customers including acting as escalation point
- Ensure safe and efficient handling of bulk and packaged chemicals
- Maintain commercial discipline - drive cost control and P&L outcomes
- Work cross-functionally with health & safety and customer service teams
- Demonstrated experience in 3PL environment
- Experience working on both commercial and hands on side of the business
- DG experience advantageous
- Permanent ongoing opportunity
