**The Opportunity**:
NewCold is expanding and with it, so are our opportunities We currently have multiple opportunities for Dock & Pick Floor Coordinators at our site in Truganina. In this position, you will focus on overseeing and coordinating the efficiency of a certain area within the NewCold Operation such as our Loading Dock and Pick Floor.

Shift times are 4pm to 12 pm & 10pm to 6am.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate and monitor inbound and or outbound orders
- Oversee the operations of a small team in the absence and in consultation with the Supervisor
- Labour allocation and prioritisation of orders
- Assess and resolve issues relating to transportation, picking, customer resolution and import and export
- Utilise warehouse management systems efficiently to optimise procedures
- Provide logístical support daily for both inbound and outbound shipments, including verifying safety procedures and overseeing quality assurance
- Arrange stocking of resources/materials to process orders
- Communication with operations team to ensure space for loading/ unloading
- Moving and unstacking pallets, loading and unloading trucks
- To be pro-active in resolving issues and problems before they occur
- Carrying out broad logístical activities, making use of the production equipment available
- Oversee stock adjustments and damages

**Knowledge, skills and abilities we're looking for**:

- At least 3 years' experience in the Supply Chain Industry
- Previous leadership experience is highly advantageous
- Knowledge of logístical/planning processes and systems
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Inventory and stock handling experience
- Attention to detail, identifying order discrepancies and product deficiencies
- The ability to work on a cold storage environment
- A Forklift license essential for this position
