Our client is a highly dynamic, innovative and fast-growing organisation providing services in the Disability Sector.

As Quality Business Partner, your remit will be to support the overall management of the organisations quality management system to

ensure continuous improvement of service delivery.

Day to day, duties will include:

- Achievement and maintenance of accreditation with
- Victorian and NDIS Quality and Safeguarding framework and
- legislative requirements.
- Assist with the development of an organisational compliance
- culture.
- Ensure all policies and procedures are reviewed and effectively
- embedded across the service.
- Support the Quality Operations Committee and continuous
- improvement (Suggested Change and Improvement) process.
- Support the Quality team to ensure effective implementation of a
- continuous improvement process.
- Develop and facilitate implementation of continuous improvement
- and audit action plans to ensure timely completion of activities.
- Implement recommendations from internal audits and ensure
- they are incorporated in continuous improvement activities and
- actioned with operations where non-compliance is identified.
- Provide satisfactory support to outcomes support staff and
- managers to understand and implement compliance activities to
- ensure compliance is embedded in everyday practice.
