A dream job for a professional with a passion for quality management and continuous learning. We are looking for an experienced Business Partner to support our business within Victoria and South Australia.

Your role will involve driving our quality strategy, promoting quality performance improvement, undertaking internal and second-party quality audits, and upskilling employees in the use of our quality management system.

As a Business Partner, you will have a genuine passion for re-imagining problems and continuous learning. You will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the business in driving its quality strategy, programmes, processes, and obligations
  • Promoting quality performance improvement and achievement of management system objectives and key performance indicators
  • Undertaking internal and second-party quality audits as well as attending and supporting third-party audits
  • Upskilling and training employees in the use of the quality management system through coaching and mentoring

  • A background in Quality Management Systems within a professional consultancy environment
  • Lead management system auditor qualifications
  • A strong implementation and delivery focus with a strategic outlook
  • Strong interpersonal and intercultural skills
  • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
