Key Responsibilities:
Cold calling skills are essentials in this role the successful applicant will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing client relationships, and driving sales growth. Cold calling will be a crucial part of your daily activities as you proactively reach out to potential customers.

Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to drive business growth.

Identify new market opportunities, conduct thorough market research, and analyse customer needs.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Create and execute innovative marketing campaigns across various channels to maximize brand visibility and generate leads.

Manage website including uploading products and writing copy.

Manage social media posts and target marketing.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience in sales and marketing, with a track record of achieving and surpassing targets.

Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.

Creative thinker with a strategic mindset, capable of identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities.

Proficiency in market research and analysis, leveraging data to drive informed business decisions.

Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Technologically savvy, with expertise in CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and digital marketing platforms.
