Sales & Marketing Manager
to drive the next phase of its journey — launching new venues, shaping brand strategy, and creating real community impact. With ambitious plans to open
five food and beverage venues in five years
, this is your chance to step into a key leadership role with ownership, influence, and growth opportunities.
Responsibilities include:
Lead the launch
of a brand-new venue and build the marketing function from the ground up
Develop and execute
sales and marketing strategies
across hospitality, membership, bistro, golf clubs, and events
Own and elevate the
brand
, including social media, digital, and community presence
Manage external agencies
, set marketing budgets, and drive ROI
Build and lead a
small team
, including membership services and front-of-house functions
Represent the function at
board level
, reporting on KPIs and business performance
Attend key
industry expos and events
– including national travel
Drive
sales performance
across all touchpoints – every guest is a potential member, diner, or function client
What You'll Bring
Proven
sales and marketing experience
in hospitality or a service-led industry
Strong
leadership skills
, with the ability to inspire and grow a team
Confidence with budgeting, agency management, and performance reporting
