About the Opportunity

Newcastle Anglican seeks a seasoned Marketing professional to join its Brand, Marketing and Communications Team. This key role reports directly to the Marketing Manager and involves coordinating projects, providing marketing support to Newcastle Anglican and its service agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Coordinate marketing projects to ensure successful outcomes and efficient resource utilisation.">
  • Contribute to the delivery of Brand, Marketing and Communications strategic and operational objectives.">
  • Provide marketing support to allocated service agency/ies at the discretion of the Marketing Manager.">
  • Assist in the development, implementation, and monitoring of continuous improvement initiatives.">
  • Contribute to fundraising campaigns across the business, including establishing relationships with key stakeholders.">
  • Maintain positive stakeholder engagement (internal and external).">

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess:

">
  • ">
  • An undergraduate qualification in a relevant field or extensive relevant experience.">
  • Demonstrated experience in marketing and brand management.">
  • Relevant experience in project management and/or tools.">
  • Able to plan, implement, and evaluate brand, marketing, fundraising, and event projects.">
  • Able to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders internally and externally.">
  • A commitment to continuous improvement, innovation, and well-developed problem-solving skills.">
  • High-level computer skills, particularly fluent with Microsoft Office products and project management software.">
  • Able to think critically and develop innovative solutions to challenges.">
  • Planning, administrative, organisational, and reporting skills.">
  • A demonstrated capacity to operate successfully in a rapidly changing environment and manage complexity, drive change, and effectively manage projects.">
  • Experience working with external agencies.">
