**About the role**

We are searching for a skilled Learning and Development Adviser to join our growing People and Culture team. This role will take charge of advising and coordinating the development and implementation of learning and development programs in a collaborative and high performing environment.

Reporting into our People and Culture Manager, you will be responsible for:

- Developing firmwide training programs
- Designing and developing competency and skills matrixes
- Manage and develop professional development initiatives
- Research, design and deliver L&D initiatives
- Sourcing relevant training programs in line with strategic objectives

**About you**

This role will suit an experienced Learning and Development professional with a growth mindset and solutions focussed style. You will be proactive, personable and enjoy a varied and autonomous role. To be successful, you will bring with you:

- Demonstrated training facilitation experience
- Proven experience in instructional design and training program development
- Understanding of contemporary and best practice L&D methodologies and programs
- Strong interpersonal, stakeholder management and organisational skills
- Ability to effectively coach, influence and affect change
- Experience in professional services advantageous but not essential
