Key Responsibilities
Previous experience in a front office or rooms controller role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a luxury or lifestyle hotel environment
A natural people person with strong interpersonal skills, confident communication and a high level of attention to detail
Fluent in English (spoken, written and read), additional languages are advantageous
Comfortable multitasking and remaining calm under pressure in a fast paced, dynamic environment
Skilled collaborator, able to work seamlessly across departments to deliver an elevated guest journey
Proficiency in Opera Cloud advantageous – with strong accuracy skills
Quick thinking problem solver who thrives on turning challenges into opportunities
Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
A passion for hospitality and inspired by Crystalbrook Collection's creative approach – delivering unique, enriching experiences that amaze, uplift and leave a lasting and positive impact on guests, communities and the environment
