• Previous experience in a front office or rooms controller role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a luxury or lifestyle hotel environment
• A natural people person with strong interpersonal skills, confident communication and a high level of attention to detail
• Fluent in English (spoken, written and read), additional languages are advantageous
• Comfortable multitasking and remaining calm under pressure in a fast paced, dynamic environment
• Skilled collaborator, able to work seamlessly across departments to deliver an elevated guest journey
• Proficiency in Opera Cloud advantageous – with strong accuracy skills
• Quick thinking problem solver who thrives on turning challenges into opportunities
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• A passion for hospitality and inspired by Crystalbrook Collection\u2019s creative approach – delivering unique, enriching experiences that amaze, uplift and leave a lasting and positive impact on guests, communities and the environment
