
Receptionist And Administrator

**You will be responsible for**:
- Answering incoming phone calls
- Booking and organising appointments
- Invoicing and receipting, cash handling and daily reconciliation
- Liaising with clients and physiotherapists in a friendly and supportive manner
- Following clinic systems - ensuring our high standards of customer service
- Follow up third party (work cover/TAC) invoices.
- Daily filing/archiving.
**To be successful in this role you will have**:
- Experience working front desk in an allied health or related Industry ( A MUST)
- Excellent communication skills, including a professional phone manner and a sociable personality
- Strong ability to multitask and prioritise in a busy environment
- Ability to follow systems and checklists
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook essential)
- Time management and prioritising of tasks.
- Knowledge of third party compensable clients (A Must)
**In addition, the following would be highly regarded**:
- An interest in health, fitness and wellness.
- Social media/Public Relations/ additional computer troubleshooting skills
- Worked with Cliniko or similar allied health practice management software.
