Catch are currently seeking a Transport Manager to drive both the domestic and international strategy for transport. This role is accountable for analysing the delivery performance across the transportation network, as well as adopting and use of Continuous Improvement framework to identify opportunities.

**What you'll be doing**

What does a normal day in the life of a Transport Manager look like? Well, no 2 days are alike at Catch, but you could probably expect your day to include some of the following things:

- Design and implement a domestic and international transport supply chain strategy
- Review current inventory planning protocols and propose improvements which create efficiency
- Work with Senior Operations Manager of the FC to understand the impact on transport on the efficiency of the FC and identify opportunities to reduce costs
- Build effective relationships with primary carriers ensure that there is a regular rhythm for communication and review
- Meet annual budget targets for cost per unit for transport operations
- Holiday and peak season planning and execution with transport carriers to maintain Customer delivery standards

**The Skills you'll bring**
- Tertiary level qualification in Engineering, MBA or Logistics Diploma with on job experience
- Experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Transport Operations
- Demonstrated working knowledge of data analysis tools such as Excel and Tableau
- Excellent interpersonal skills / networking skills
- Performance Management experience of staff
- Demonstrated experience in Supplier and Contract Management, able to manage contractual KPI's effectively, build and maintain relationships
- Demonstrated experience in Operations Planning in a complex environment
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
- Customer obsessed - makes decision with the impact to customer at the centre of decision making
