We see it as our responsibility to take ownership and drive outcomes, ensuring we make a contribution to taking the organisation forward.Working closely with the Strategic Planning Specialist, the Workforce Planning Advisor is responsible for implementing and maintaining short and medium term resource plans to maximise labour efficiencies, identify trends and propose improvements.
Working on fortnight planning , you would be responsible for the formation and publication of rosters for airports in your own portfolio.
This includes managing leave entitlements, leave planning and ever changing business requirements As a subject matter expert, you will also be responsible for providing guidance in workforce planning and allocation processes.You'll have –Experience in workforce planning and specifically rostering practicesDemonstrated problem solving capabilityProven ability to interpret enterprise agreementsAbility to interpret data and make commercial recommendationsExperience in working to strict deadlinesExcellent interpersonal skills with an ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levelsExcellent written and oral communication with proven abilities in business communication, analysis, evaluation and report writingStrong understanding and experience working with MS suite including Excel (Intermediate to advanced Excel knowledge)Experience with workforce planning and Groundstar rostering systems (desirable but not essential)Why Qantas?
