**What you'll be doing?**:
The Payroll Manager is responsible for leading a high performing team of Payroll Professionals as well as the payroll function, ensuring compliance with all policies, awards and enterprise agreements and legislation.
- Manage all aspects of the payroll function to ensure payroll is processed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Monitor Policy and legislative changes impacting payroll and ensure compliance
- Develop strong relationships with key stakeholder to build a centre of excellence within the area of payroll services
- Set team and individual's objectives, targets and work standards, communicate these to the team and reinforce

**What do you need to be successful in the role?**:
**Qualifications**:

- Business or related discipline.

**Skills and Experience**:

- Minimum 5 years' experience managing a large complex payroll environment
- Experience managing teams.
- Expert in payroll Systems, processes, and associated legislation in all Australian states
- Experience using the Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
