Seeking an experienced Payroll Officer to oversee payroll and time management systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legislative requirements and company policies.

About the Role

This is a full-time permanent position, responsible for processing end-to-end payroll, including payments, deductions, and statutory obligations. You will maintain accurate employee records, respond to payroll-related enquiries, and generate reports as required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage payroll and time management systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Process end-to-end payroll, including all payments, deductions, and statutory obligations.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, including onboarding, terminations, salary adjustments, and leave management.
  • Respond to payroll-related enquiries and generate reports as required.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in end-to-end payroll processing.
  • Strong knowledge of Keypay software or similar platforms.
  • Exposure to Construction EBAs and Awards highly regarded.
  • Australian Permanent Residency or Citizenship.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid structure (2 days per week). Excellent company culture and numerous benefits offered.
