As an integral part of the Leaning & Development team, the **Technology Training Coordinator **will provide a high level of customer service, administration, and coordination support for all technology training events and activities.

Reporting to the **Technology Training Manager, **we are looking for a self-starter and motivated individual to manage the logístical coordination of flights, accommodation, and materials. Other duties include continuous improvement of administration and coordination functions, records management, scheduling, reporting and contributing to the L&D leadership group on a part-time, permanent basis.

**About you**:

- Experience coordinating schedules and planning work for multiple teams
- Computer literacy skills including MS Office and the ability to use and develop templates
- Travel booking systems experience and logistics planning
- LMS and student management system experience - highly desirable
- Experience in maintenance, mining, or servicing environment
