This Federal Government Organisation is seeking multiple APS5 National Technical Support Officers to join their team.

**Your new role**

As a National Technical Support Officer, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring effective and efficient technical support across various communication, administrative, and asset service management platforms. You'll be the heartbeat of their team, prioritising health, safety, and wellbeing for all. Your duties include but not limited to:

- Provide exceptional customer service for stakeholders and contractors.
- Engage with our diverse community, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Assist with data analysis and administrative tasks.
- Keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.
- Manage assets and logistics efficiently.
- Be the go-to person for asset-related queries.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Experience in technical support or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (additional qualifications are a plus).

**What you'll get in return**
- 6-month contract
- Based in Leichardt, Sydney
- Hybrid working arrangements
- $50 - $55 per hour plus super
- Labour Hire Contract - 37.5 hours per week.
- MUST be an AUSTRALIAN CITIZEN
