**Your new company**

This independent statutory authority, established by the Australian Federal Government, is seeking multiple APS5 Compliance/Investigation Officers to join them for an 18-month period.

**Your new role**

As an APS5 Compliance/Investigations Officer you will:

- Monitor and investigate compliance issues, focusing on preventing fraud against the company.
- Collaborate with other government agencies and partners to share information and develop strategies.
- Implement regulatory actions and monitor their impact effectively.
- Engage in capability building activities to enhance understanding of fraud prevention strategies.
- Contribute to planning and monitoring work processes for our small yet efficient team.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience in compliance monitoring and investigations.
- Knowledge of fraud prevention strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience in government policy.
- Australian Citizen.
- Baseline Clearance.

**What you'll get in return**
- 18-month contract with an option to extend for a further 12 months.
- Based in Parramatta or Penrith
- The hourly rate of $50 - $59 depending on your experience.
- Hybrid working arrangements (3 days in the office one week and 2 days in the office the following week)
