About the company:Our client is a respected Australian scientific company innovating across multiple cutting-edge sectors, including Life Sciences and Advanced Battery Technologies.
With their head office located less than 20 km from Brisbane's CBD, they are expanding their commercial team and are seeking a Sales & Marketing Specialist to join them in a newly created, high-impact position.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking company on a permanent basis, working Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm at their Brisbane headquarters.
You will report directly to the Managing Director/CEO and collaborate closely with technical, product, and commercial teams to drive product visibility, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
Duties:Promote and sell the company's product range to both new and existing customersDevelop and implement integrated marketing campaigns to generate leads and boost product awarenessMonitor sales performance using CRM tools and deliver regular reports and forecastsEnhance product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies in line with customer needs and market trendsAssist in the planning and execution of trade shows, exhibitions, and client-facing eventsSkills/experience:A Bachelor degree in Sales and Marketing or equivalent;Proven experience in sales with a solid grasp of marketing strategies—ideally in B2B, multinational, or tech-driven environmentsPrevious experience in a product-based company (chemical, electronics, industrial etc.) highly desirableStrong understanding of the full sales cycle, product life cycle, customer journey, and value proposition design.Proficiency with CRM software **********) and digital marketing toolsApply
