Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized professional to join our team as an Internal Project Sales and Marketing Coordinator.

The successful candidate will possess all-round administration and customer service experience, with a strong focus on adaptability in a fast-paced environment. You will be proficient in IT skills, specifically Microsoft Outlook, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

This dynamic role involves wearing multiple hats, including Marketing Coordinator and Internal Project Sales. Your key responsibilities will include delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving marketing initiatives, and providing robust sales support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and organize the sales inbox, delegating leads to Sales/BDM's
  • Handle inbound and outbound sales calls, recording information in CRM (Pipedrive)
  • Assist with reactive customer inquiries regarding product information, pricing, and more
  • Proactive follow-up phone calls on quotations
  • Proactive telemarketing phone calls
  • Assist in pre-visit preparations for Business Development Managers
  • Respond to customer inquiries on quotes, orders, and payments swiftly and accurately
  • Preparation of quotations and some quotation preparation for key commercial quotations
  • Develop and manage the annual marketing calendar
  • Create compelling content for digital and print channels
  • Assist in implementing effective marketing campaigns and tools
  • Manage the company website and oversee SEO efforts

  • Proficient IT skills and competent in Microsoft Outlook
  • Great eye for detail and high level of accuracy in work

  • Strong interpersonal skills for dealing with customers over the phone
  • Mature disposition and positive outlook
  • Prior project Sales & Marketing experience beneficial
