Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Greater Cleveland for a Sales and Marketing Specialist.
The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for communicating with clients, managing sales processes, offering excellent customer service, and training new staff.
The role involves developing sales strategies, managing sales teams, and ensuring the efficient execution of marketing campaigns.
Daily tasks also include client meetings, generating leads, closing sales, and contributing to the overall growth strategy of the business.

Experience in the home improvement industry is a plus
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
