About the Opportunity
We're looking for someone to come and help us to grow awareness of the ECH brand, with a particular focus on our retirement living portfolio.
You'll work within a supportive marketing team to create impactful campaigns that result in leads for our sales team members. You'll work closely with the sales team at our Kidman Park office to ensure they have useful marketing materials, to support their interactions with potential customers, and develop nurture campaigns aligned to the customer acquisition program.
Working closely, with the Senior Marketing and the Digital Marketing managers, you will be instrumental in establishing effective ways to measure the impact of the campaigns, to inform future investments.
About You
You hold relevant qualifications in marketing or related discipline. You have experience in end-to-end marketing campaigns and developing a brief of work to implement within a timeline and budget.
You have digital fluency, the ability to harness trust from senior stakeholders, gain evidence-based results from campaigns, and provide quality sales enablement programs.
You are kind, even when a bit stressed out, dynamic and energetic. You are also flexible and adaptable to change.
You are passionate about caring for people in the community and will contribute your ideas and hard work to make ECH better every day.
