**The Role**

The Marketing Automation Advisor within Endeavour Foundation will be responsible for designing and implementing automated campaigns and journeys for NDIS and Commercial clients. With a focus on enquiry communications, lead nurture and cross-sell, this role will be responsible for developing customer journeys across an extended acquisition funnel for our core services.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintaining system and data integrity where Marketing is the platform owner
- Analysing and reporting on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to improve outcomes
- Delivering projects on time, to budget and through collaboration with stakeholders
- Maintain and develop exceptional relationships across the organisation to ensure effectiveness of marketing activity and alignment with other divisions and organisational goals.
- Participate in team building activities, including actively participating in the Performance Partnerships program to ensure individual and team key performance indicators are achieved, and Endeavour Foundation's values and behaviours are consistently demonstrated.

**What you will bring to the role**:

- Tertiary qualification in marketing & communications, analytics, software engineering, design or other relevant industry.
- Have a strong understanding of the SPAM Act, GDPR and champion appropriate customer data management
- A strong understanding of test and learn frameworks for improvement and campaign optimisation
- Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of marketing automation campaigns and initiatives to develop insights and inform future strategies.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team environment
- Strong proficiency in campaign reporting and analytics
- Process driven with high attention to details and QA standards

Additionally, in line with the direction from the State Government, all authorised workers defined under the Queensland Public Health Order will be required to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 from 15 December 2021.
