Retail Marketing Coordinator Job Description

Our Trade Marketing team is on a mission to find a driven Retail Marketing Coordinator to create and deliver retail marketing plans across our retail partners. This role is responsible for supporting the Trade Marketing Manager in the development of retail focused marketing campaign activity where you will coordinate all stages from briefing through to execution and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing the seasonal trade marketing calendar in alignment with internal and external stakeholders
  • Supporting the marketing lifecycle through planning, briefing and managing trade marketing campaigns including POS, digital content, launch events and activations
  • Supporting relationships and acting as the key marketing contact for a trade accounts
  • Supporting internal teams with the delivery of marketing assets
  • Monitoring and evaluating campaigns, providing recommendations for continued improvement and growth in campaign effectiveness
  • Developing the rollout of brand marketing initiatives and POS into trade accounts
  • Preparing and delivering marketing toolkits
  • Developing the seasonal trade catalogues

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in retail marketing or trade marketing
  • Tertiary marketing qualifications are desirable
  • Ability to develop strong and mutually trusting relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Previous experience in supporting to ideate and execute trade marketing campaigns
  • Strong campaign reporting experience, with the ability to draw insights from performance data
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Previous experience working to a marketing calendar, ensuring assets, and campaigns are coordinated on time, on brand and within budget
