**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Proven experience in Property Management or as a Leasing Consultant in the real estate industry (or a customer service facing role)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Exceptional customer service orientation and attention to detail
- Familiarity with local real estate market and trends
- Ability to work independently and meet leasing targets
- Agents representative is required
- A vaild Australian Driver's License
- Has the working rights in Australia
