**Who will you work with?**

You will join an agency that values a point of view. Day to day, you will work with all relevant media stakeholders to deliver exceptional campaign planning and results. This role also closely collaborates with specialist media planning & trading, technology and digital partners.

You will join a team that manages a group of clients, supported by specialists in planning & trading, performance & programmatic also supported by SEO, data & analytics and content.

You will be part of the performance team, which is all about results and accountability. This is an experienced team that is a 'well oiled machine" when it comes to running the account. A great relationship with the client, enables a focus on delivering great campaigns and positive results.

**Job Description**:
**Who are we looking for?**

A performance specialist with 3+ years experience proficient in paid search and social within an agency environment.

We are looking for someone with solid digital knowledge, excellent analytical skills and with the ability to respond quickly and effectively to Director, Client Lead and Client needs and issues. Demonstrated ability to develop client relationships at mid level and solid project management skills are other qualities required.

There are lots of opportunities to develop your skills and knowledge as well as responsibilities across the client. There are many training opportunities internally and externally with our agency partners Google and Facebook.

**What will your day look like?**
- You will run and manage campaigns end to end including developing the strategy to deliver on the KPI, build the campaign, go live, optimise and report back.
- You will optimise performance marketing campaigns across the channel mix including paid search, display, paid social and retargeting
- You will help manage the execution of performance strategies to grow traffic, sales, profit and new customers (KPI dependant)
- Your time will be allocated as Search (Google, Bing) 40%, Social (Facebook, Snapchat, Twitter) 40%, Programmatic 15% and other eg Native, direct buy 5%
- You will be strong in client management across high volume account, working with pace and precision and manage the client in day to day communication and delivery
- You will be able to demonstrate an aptitude to interrogate data to look for trends leading to insights
- You will look for opportunities that support strategic decision-making and be able to communicate this to the client
- You will maintain efficiencies throughout the team with processes and automation
- You will utilise internal data systems to measure and report on performance and ensure goals and objectives are met across all touchpoints
- You will manage the full performance budget from forecasting, pacing, invoicing and reconciliation
- To do so you will need to be proficient with Google Ads, Google Ads Editor, Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, Supermetrics, Youtube & DV360. Some aspects such as experience with programmatic, Bid Management tools are highly regarded but not essential
- You will have a high attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication, project management and organisation skills and will thrive in a fast paced environment
- You will have a strong proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets, Slides,Docs and Keynote using a Mac.

**Your key responsibilities**
- Ensures that best practice Search and Social buying across all briefs
