Midnight Hotel Service Position

We are seeking a dynamic and service-oriented Food & Beverage professional to join our team at Midnight Hotel in Canberra.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in the food and beverage industry, with excellent knowledge of food and exceptional service skills. They must also be highly adaptable, able to perform during high-pressure periods, and possess superior communication and detail-orientated skills.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing a warm and engaging welcome and service experience to guests
  • Demonstrating knowledge of food and wine
  • Maintaining the cleanliness, stock levels, and presentation of the location
  • Collaborating with other staff members to ensure exceptional customer service

Applicants must hold a current ACT RSA qualification, meet the legal requirements to work in Australia, and have the flexibility to work on a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays.
