Cam Can is an organisation which provides individualised, innovative and flexible support arrangements for people who have a disability so they can pursue a lifestyle of their choice in the community.

We are looking for someone to share a home with an older gentleman who loves fishing, race cars and going on outings to his local pub where he likes to have a drink and smoke. This gentleman lives in Balga. The house is within walking distance from public transport and the local shopping centre.

The person would ideally be an energetic and passionate person who has a strong personality that wants make a difference. This would suit someone who can be a positive role model for this gentleman in the areas of healthy eating, cooking, cleaning, securing his home, and healthy sleeping patterns in return for free rent and utilities.

This gentleman has a supportive team around him, but we are looking for someone to provide another positive influence, some companionship and a sense of security in his home.

In this arrangement, you would be required to support and mentor this gentleman, you would be expected to work with him as a responsible tenant, offer encouragement, and a point of contact for his support team if required.

Ideal applicants must have a job or be studying.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $33.00 - $71.16 per hour
