The Senior Claims Case Manager is responsible for providing a proactive and timely case management service for a portfolio of clients. This involves dealing with death claims, terminal illness, total and permanent disablement and salary continuance claims. It involves building and maintaining effective relationships with the claimant, the member, authorized representatives, the insurer and Trustee.

The Senior Claims Case Manager also provides technical guidance, coaching and trouble-shooting support to the Insurance Services team, mentoring new staff and participating in the development of existing team members.
