Project Coordinator Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator Lead to support the management of critical portfolio activities.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare high-quality briefs and correspondence
- Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including state and territory combat sport commissions and government authorities
- Convene and provide secretariat support at board and sub-committee meetings
- Provide administrative support to the board, including board member appointments and ministerial statement of expectations reporting
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and project coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
A strong understanding of governance procedures and regulations is also essential for this role.
The Project Coordinator Lead will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our portfolio, and will be responsible for providing administrative support to the board and its committees.
