We are looking for an experienced, part-time (3 days per week), Quality Coordinator to assist in the process of continuous improvement in keeping with the intent of the Aged Care Standards and associated requirements at our new residential aged care residence.
The position offers a part-time schedule of three days per week, with 7.5 hours per day.

Skills & Experience Required:AHPRA registration (Registered Nurse) Ideally, at least 3 years aged care experience, preferably in a quality roleDemonstrated quality, compliance & clinical governance understandingSound knowledge of the Aged Care accreditation processExcellent understanding of quality assurance & auditing processesMust be able to easily learn new systems and technologiesContinuous improvement, gap & risk analysis experience would be an advantageExcellent interpersonal, communication & leadership skillsBe able to coordinate, educate and mentor the clinical staffWe encourage you to submit your application today - you will be pleasantly surprised by this opportunity
