**Temporary Accounts Payable Administrator**

Contract Length: 2 Months (Potential for Extension or Permanency)
Start Date: ASAP
Location: 100% Office-Based - Free Onsite Parking

**Salary**: $34.59 plus super
Hours: 7:30am - 3:30pm (flexible start/finish times available)

We are seeking a proactive and detail-focused Accounts Payable Administrator to join our finance team on a 2-month temporary contract, with strong potential for extension or permanent placement. This role will support the team with data entry and general administration, ensuring the smooth processing of accounts payable functions.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Provide day-to-day administrative and data entry support to the Accounts Payable team
Assist with processing invoices and maintaining accurate financial records
Support general ad hoc tasks as needed within the finance team

**About You**:
Previous experience in an accounts payable or finance administration role is preferred
Exposure to the motor vehicle industry is advantageous
Experience with Unit accounting software is a plus, but not essential - full training provided
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
Team player with excellent communication skills
