Accounts Payable Officer based in Osborne Park.
This is a permanent, full-time role suited to someone who enjoys a mix of finance and administration tasks and is looking to contribute to a supportive and down-to-earth office environment.
This is a hands-on role that will see you managing a range of accounts payable duties alongside general office support.
You9ll be working closely with directors and managers to ensure smooth daily operations while keeping everything organised and running efficiently.
Responsibilities
Processing invoices, matching purchase orders, and maintaining accurate records in the accounting system
Responding to supplier and subcontractor queries via phone and email
Preparing payments, reconciling creditor accounts, and managing remittance advice
Supporting with purchase order management and invoice analysis across journal accounts
Handling kitchen duties, mail collection, archiving, and general administrative tasks as rostered
Assisting with parcel packaging and shipping, spreadsheet maintenance, and banking tasks
Providing backup support across admin functions and processing credit applications
Qualifications
Previous experience in an accounts payable role
Solid knowledge of invoice processing and reconciliations
Great organisational skills and attention to detail
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
A proactive and helpful approach to day-to-day support tasks
Experience using accounting software packages
