As our People Experience Coordinator , you'll help keep the recruitment process running smoothly, deliver a great candidate experience and support new employees through their onboarding journey, while proudly representing the Ingenia brand every step of the way
Key ResponsibilitiesSupport hiring managers by coordinating recruitment requests and posting job ads through our recruitment systemTake ownership of onboarding, prepare employment contracts, follow up on paperwork, and help new hires settle in smoothlyBe the go-to person for all things onboarding, compliance checks, and employee background requirementsHelp celebrate our people by managing service awards, spot rewards, and recognition momentsLearn the ropes of junior recruitment through hands-on experience, ongoing support from your wider HR team, and the chance to grow with the role
About YouA HR (or similar) degree is preferred.
