**Full Time - Leasing Agent**

Are you a young go-getter with a passion for real estate? Start your career with us We're looking for a dynamic Leasing Agent / Inspector to join our team at OBrien Judith Wright. This role is perfect for someone eager to dive into the world of residential leasing and property management, with no prior experience needed

**The Role**:

- Connect with potential renters and display properties with enthusiasm.
- Ensure smooth leasing operations and deliver exceptional service.
- Prepare and review tenancy documentation and conduct background checks.
- Organize and perform property inspections. Including leasing, ingoing, outgoing and routine inspections.
- Capture property details through photography and video and upload them to our socials.
- Manage key cutting, collection and returns.
- Complete detailed post-inspection reports and support various teams with general administrative tasks.

**What We're Looking For**:

- VIC Agent's Representative Certificate IV (essential) - completed or close to completion.
- Valid Driver's License (essential)
- Experience in Microsoft Office365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent time management and customer service skills
- Accurate data entry and strong organizational abilities
- Reliable, flexible, and committed to follow-through
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
- A motivated, career-focused attitude with a professional appearance
- Flexibility for full-time hours, particularly on Wednesdays and Saturdays
