THE OPPORTUNITY

Pont Brasserie is a brand-new restaurant concept offering a modern take on the classic brasserie. Pont Brasserie is minutes away from Circular Quay and housed within the iconic InterContinental Hotel Sydney and features a brand-new fit out and five-star drinking and dining experience.

We are now looking for an experienced Bartender with a thorough understanding of modern hospitality and beverage service to join the team. This role will work closely with the Restaurant Manager and the floor team and will require you to manage the bar as well assist with table service as needed.

YOUR BACKGROUND
- Strong spirits, cocktail, and beverage knowledge from classics to custom designed drinks.
- Able to produce a quality offering at fast pace.
- A positive and outgoing personality with an obvious passion for customer service.
- Good wine & coffee knowledge and ability to assist on the floor as needed.
- Excellent attention to detail and understanding of the sequence of service.
- Work well under pressure and can adapt to changes and customer needs.

Availability to work the across the venue's opening hours including nights and weekends and busy holiday periods.
