Job Opportunity

Pont Brasserie is a modern take on the classic brasserie located in the iconic InterContinental Hotel Sydney.

We are seeking an experienced bartender with a thorough understanding of modern hospitality and beverage service to fill this role.

This position will work closely with the Restaurant Manager and the floor team, requiring excellent attention to detail and an understanding of the sequence of service.

Requirements:

  • Strong spirits cocktail and beverage knowledge from classics to custom designed drinks.
  • Able to produce a quality offering at a fast pace.
  • A positive and outgoing personality with an obvious passion for customer service.
  • Good wine and coffee knowledge and ability to assist on the floor as needed.
  • Excellent attention to detail and understanding of the sequence of service.
  • Work well under pressure and adapt to changes and customer needs.
