Myhealth Medical Practice Enfield is seeking a Full-time 2IC to join their friendly practice
This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a good work life balance to be part of the fast-growing and reputable Myhealth Team.
Hours required (2IC)
: approx 38hrs/week = 4 days/week (F/T)
The successful applicant will work alongside our friendly doctors, Allied Health & reception team. This important role will be the first point of contact for our patients and to ensure the smooth operations of all daily reception tasks.
What are we looking for?
Answering phones, managing appointment bookings, greeting patients, scanning incoming mail, faxes, emails and general reception duties.
Processing of workers compensation claims and all private billings
Excellent customer service skills and effective interpersonal skills
Have excellent computer skills
Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team
Ability to multi task and perform appropriately under pressure with attention to detail
Prior experience with Best Practice software or similar medical billing software preferred but not essential. Training will be provided to the suitable applicant
Adhoc managerial tasks
