**About Us**:
White's IGA is an innovative, market leading, independently owned and operated supermarket group based on the Sunshine Coast. Roz and Michael White purchased a small convenience store in Maroochydore in 1993. Since this time the business has grown from 1 store with 3 staff to 6 stores. Our stores are designed to capture the vibrancy of the local community with an emphasis on 'fresh and local'.

**About the Role(s)**:
White's IGA is now seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Deli 2IC for our Forest Glen and Mt Coolum stores. These highly regarded position will be responsible for assisting the Deli Manager with the day to day running of an outstanding department.

**About you**:

- You will have at least 1-2 years of Deli 2IC / Supervisor experience.
- You will be hard working with an energetic personality.
- You will have good time management skills, with the ability to multi-task.
- You will be meticulous in your presentation and maintain a high level of cleanliness.
- You will possess strong interpersonal skills and be able to provide a high level of customer service.
- Ability to assist the Deli Manager to lead, coach and develop the team.
- Enthusiasm to embrace White's IGA 'locavore' culture.
