**2IC: 2nd in Charge (Demolition Project Assistant) - Full Time**

Home Demolitions is seeking a Full-Time 2IC (2nd in charge) to work under the direct instructions of a Project Manager to perform various tasks for setting up projects ready for commencement and organising and instructing teams on work scopes, programs and compliance. Immediate start.

**Job tasks and responsibilities**:

- Set up fencing, signage and compliance to project sites prior to commencement
- Lead and instructed work scopes to Demolition & Asbestos removal teams
- Liaise with management and other authorities
- Be able to operate a HR truck
- Be physically fit and willing to work

The applicant **MUST have **the followings requirements:

- Construction White Card
- Hold Current **NSW HR Heavy Vehicle **license or equivalent.
- Positive attitude and communication skills
- Strong work ethic and be physically fit
- Be able to work effectively in a team environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Putney, NSW 2112: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- HR Truck driving: 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- NSW HR truck license (required)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Putney, NSW 2112
