Cranleigh School is a specialist school for students P-6 with moderate to severe disabilities. Students at Cranleigh access personalised and differentiated learning through the Australian Curriculum with significant support in the areas of communication, sensory and social and emotional regulation. At Cranleigh we value the diversity and abilities of our learners and work collaboratively to improve the learning and wellbeing outcomes for all students. Student engagement is enhanced through consistent access to Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) and Pragmatic Organisation Dynamic Display (PODD), PBL, Zones of Regulation and positive community partnerships with families and key stakeholders.

We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated School Leader C to join the Cranleigh Team. The School Leader C will be part of a united leadership team and will actively contribute to the leadership and management of the school through a variety of school wide responsibilities as part of the leadership portfolio at Cranleigh. They will support quality teaching through highly effective pedagogy and practice suitable for a specialist setting. The successful applicant will have experience and demonstrated strength in:

- Leading PLCs.
- Implementing and leading the PBL framework.
- Supporting staff to maintain safe learning environments to meet the academic, communication, sensory and social/emotional needs of all students.
- Engaging with community including visitors and volunteers.
- Contributing to the development and achievement of whole school strategic goals.

**Eligibility/Other Requirements**:Prior to commencing in this role a minimum of four years full time (or equivalent) tertiary study leading to the award of a recognised school teaching qualification; a current full teaching registration with the ACT Teacher Quality Institute (TQI) (or eligibility for teacher registration with the ACT TQI) and a current registration issued under the _Working with Vulnerable People (Background Checking) Act 2011_ is required.
