Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead and configure payroll solutions, deliver implementation projects, and ensure compliance with Australian legislation. As a highly respected expert in SAP ECP Payroll Specialist Functional Consulting, you will be responsible for configuring and implementing SAP ECP and ECC Payroll solutions, delivering end-to-end payroll projects across various industries, facilitating payroll design workshops, and ensuring compliance with Australian payroll legislation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and implement SAP ECP and ECC Payroll solutions
  • Deliver end-to-end payroll projects across various industries
  • Facilitate payroll design workshops and gather complex requirements
  • Ensure compliance with Australian payroll legislation
  • Provide ongoing post-go-live support to clients
  • Maintain quality and governance across deliverables
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
Desired Skills and Attributes:
  • 5+ years of experience in SAP ECP and/or ECC Payroll configuration
  • Strong understanding of payroll rules and schemas
  • Proven track record delivering medium to large scale payroll projects
  • Certification in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (desirable)
  • Ability to lead solution design and run client workshops
  • Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills
