About the role
Temporary full time opportunity to work with senior specialists to fulfil the obligations of the Workforce Relations Directorate for your client group across Metro North Health.
**This includes**:

- Providing Industrial Relations (IR) and Human Resource (HR) advice to clients.
- Providing authoritative advice and guidance on the management of complex HR cases such as discipline and ill health processes.

About you
- Assist in all aspects of the efficient operation of the Directorate
- Maintain data bases and registers that contain case records and act as point of contact for all correspondence into the Directorate.
- Prepare and coordinate periodic reports e.g., for the Metro North Health Board and Public Service Commission [CaPE] for review and progression by Senior Management.
- Support and assist in the preparation of documents to be presented to the Metro North Consultative Forum and provide secretariat duties.
- Be familiar with relevant legislation, industrial instruments, policy, and HR delegations.
