Job Title: Employment Relations Advisor
This role will be responsible for providing expert advice on employment legislation, policies and procedures to ensure fair and effective employment practices within the company.
The successful candidate will have extensive knowledge of employee and industrial relations frameworks and will be able to understand the impact of decisions on wider groups.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert advice on employment legislation, policies and procedures.
- Conduct investigations into workplace disputes, grievances and disciplinary matters.
- Represent the company in meetings, negotiations and investigations with employees or their representatives.
- Conduct research on human resource policies, case law and other employment issues.
The successful candidate will require a Bachelor degree in Human Resources or a related discipline or equivalent experience. They will also need to have good knowledge of people management best practice principles, initiatives and processes.
They will need to be able to manage complex issues of diverse scope where analysis of situation or data requires evaluation of a variety of factors and exercise judgment in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
Effective presentation skills are essential as they will need to convey complex information across various levels.
