**Company Description** Join our warm and friendly team at Maven Dental Cronulla Maven Dental Cronulla are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Practice Manager to lead our dedicated team and oversee the smooth running of our busy practice.**

This position is ideal for an experienced Practice Manager or highly experienced Dental Assistant / Front Office Coordinator looking for their next challenge.
**Job Description** As our Practice Manager, you will**:

- Lead and manage the daily operations of our dental practice
- Support and develop our front office and administrative teams.
- Ensure exceptional patient care and satisfaction.
- Implement and oversee efficient administrative processes.
- Work closely with the clinical team to ensure the highest standards of dental care.
- Drive practice growth through innovative strategies and exceptional service.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in dental with management responsibility desirable;
- Certificate III or IV in Dental advantageous
- Prior experience in the professional day to day running of a practice desirable;
- Polished people management skills with the ability to lead and inspire teams to push & enhance staff productivity and performance;
- Ability to help deliver local area marketing initiatives that will help drive new patient numbers and practice growth;
- Proven business capabilities in reception and all of the administrative aspects that form part of running a successful practice;
- Proven ability and demonstrated success to drive business growth and maximise profitability;
- An ability to see process improvements and implement strategies and protocols to deliver exceptional patient experiences; And
- High proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- OASIS Dental Software Experience desirable but not necessary
- High attention to detail
- Ability to run front desk when required
