**About Your Role: Asset Management Coordinator**
Join our Asset Management team and play a key role in maintaining and optimising our customer's assets. As an Asset Management Coordinator, you'll ensure maintenance activities are timely, data is accurate, and opportunities to drive value are identified and acted upon.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Maintain accurate maintenance data in the CMMS and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards
- Plan and forecast maintenance activities using a 12-month rolling schedule
- Monitor asset performance and generate reports to support data-driven decisions
- Identify and implement improvements to asset utilisation and maintenance processes
- Support budgeting for maintenance, repairs, and replacements
- Conduct audits, stocktakes, and inspections to ensure work quality and asset accuracy
**Your Skills**:
- Strong communication, organisation and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- High attention to detail and a customer-focused approach
- Experience using CMMS (MEX highly desirable)
- Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- A collaborative mindset and positive attitude
