Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Operations and Maintenance Professional to lead a team in ensuring the effective operation and maintenance of various assets throughout the region.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, overseeing the delivery of operations and maintenance services in line with business objectives.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with other teams to ensure timely and effective delivery of asset management plans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team to achieve operational excellence
  • Manage the delivery of Operations and Maintenance in line with business plan and strategies
  • Collaborate with other teams to drive Asset Management and site performance improvements
  • Champion best practice HSSE Management across all sites in region

This role involves regular travel to sites; predominately located near Sydney with some regional locations.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience working in Petrochemical, Oil & Gas or similar industries
  • Significant leadership and management experience
  • Relevant trade qualifications (mechanical/electrical)
