Job Title: Maintenance Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of our Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS).

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. They will ensure asset availability for maintenance activities and coordinate with external resources or internal teams alongside the Maintenance Manager to execute the maintenance plan.

This role requires:

  • Developing the CMMS to manage all assets across various campuses.
  • Creating maintenance plans and procedures for all assets.
  • Managing asset availability for maintenance activities with Production Planners.
  • Coordinating with external resources or internal teams to execute the maintenance plan.
  • Ensuring accurate documentation for all maintenance activities.
  • Auditing maintenance processes and procedures to ensure compliance.
  • Supporting the Infrastructure Team with predictive maintenance and monitoring processes.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A degree or trade equivalent in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering.
  • Significant experience in facilities management.
  • Previous experience developing maintenance plans and procedures in a CMMS.
  • Competency in WHS, QA, and environmental legislation and systems.
  • Familiarity with services delivery and operation.
  • High-level written and verbal communication skills.
  • Financial, budgeting, forecasting, business planning, and contract monitoring skills.
