Southern Cross Cleaning is a Western Australian owned and operated commercial cleaning company.

We are currently looking for an experienced Administration Assistant to complement our established, well-run office.

**_Admin Assistant - Key Duties & Responsibilities_**
- Answer phones
- Stock ordering
- Stationery & Printing orders
- Site Inspection Reporting
- Internal process updates
- Document review and updates

**_Admin Assistant - Skills and Requirements:_**
- Excellent time management and prioritisation
- Confident working with Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
- Experience working in a busy office environment
- Good work ethic and willingness to do more than assigned tasks

**_Experience:_**
- Administration: over 5 years
- Microsoft Suite - Intermediate
- Experience in document control, OHS, Quality Assurance would be an advantage but not essential

**_Our People:_**

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- No weekends
